At first I initial discussions with my client for better understanding, detailing their project ‘wish list’, to ascertain all requirements, goals visions likes and dislikes. Then I do internal space planning, to include AutoCAD plans & elevations, electrical layouts and specifications, Finalized 3D Design presentation with detailing all hard finishes, fabrics, specialist finishes, fitted joinery, furniture, lighting, artwork and accessories. I am liaising with contractors and all associated trades for the duration of the refurbishment, with supervision of quality control and regular site visits to assess progress.
Residential Design
I must help the client visualize how they want their space to look. You may find it difficult to put what you have in mind in words. That’s why I am here. You tell me what you want, I help to create a clear picture for you. And then I create it for you. This isn’t only about the quality of materials or the aesthetics of the overall design. I also make sure to consider your financial budget.
Commercial Design
Commercial interior design refers to interior design in commercial spaces. These include offices, corporate houses, lobbies, clinics, hospitals, institutions, showrooms, and other public spaces. I work with the completed space to add furniture and decor to meet the original design goals.
